Slow-cooked pork, hearty soups, and traditional banchan — served fresh in West Lafayette
Welcome to Jokbal Night Market
Authentic Korean Jokbal, Made for Sharing
Jokbal Night Market brings the bold, comforting flavors of Korean home-style cooking to West Lafayette. Our specialty is jokbal — pig's trotters slow-cooked in a savory soy-based broth of herbs and spices until tender — served the traditional way, sliced and ready to wrap in crisp lettuce with garlic, ssamjang, and kimchi. Alongside it, we serve bossam (sliced pork belly), rich and spicy gamjatang, and a rotating spread of banchan made fresh each day.
Every recipe on our menu reflects the techniques and ingredients found in Korean night markets, where big, shareable platters bring people together around the table. Whether you're stopping in after class, gathering with friends, or introducing someone to Korean food for the first time, we want every visit to feel generous, flavorful, and unhurried.
Proudly serving the West Lafayette and greater Lafayette community, we're just minutes from Purdue University and easy to reach from across the area. Come hungry — our portions are made for sharing.
